Northern Kentucky Symphony

PIPPI LONGSTOCKING is a story of a little girl that lives alone with her animals in a house called Villa Villekulla. Her father is a sea captain and her mother is in heaven, so she has no one to tell her what to do or how to behave. In her adventures she encounters several different people in her little town and overwhelms them all. Her best friends Tommy and Annika thinks she is great and so will you.

PAINT YOUR WAGON is a Wild West tale relating all the shenanigans that go on in Rumson, a gold mining town in California, named after its founder Ben Rumson. Ben’s daughter, Jennifer, is the only gal in town which creates a great deal of tension until Jacob Woodling shows up with his two wives. Woodling sells one of his wives and life for everyone in town get very interesting after that. This musical is full of wonderful music, comedy, dancing, romance and intrigue.

The Owen County Quilt Trail
Drive the 140 mile quilt trail running through Owen County and enjoy seeing the many different quilt squares displayed on tobacco and livestock barns. No quilt squares are repeated along the trail.
